1. What Captain Cleanout USA is
Captain Cleanout USA operates a lead generation and referral marketplace that connects customers seeking junk removal services with independent local operators. Captain Cleanout USA does not perform junk removal services and is not a party to any service agreement between customers and operators.
2. Independent operators
All junk removal services available through this platform are performed by independent operators who are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of Captain Cleanout USA. Captain Cleanout USA does not supervise, direct, or control the work of any operator. Each operator is solely responsible for the services they provide, their pricing, their conduct, their equipment, and their compliance with applicable laws.
3. No warranty on services
Captain Cleanout USA makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any junk removal service performed by an operator. Your use of this platform to find an operator is at your own risk. Any dispute regarding services performed is between you and the operator directly.
4. Customer responsibility
By submitting a lead request, you authorize Captain Cleanout USA to share your contact information with independent operators in your area for the purpose of providing a quote. You are under no obligation to accept any quote or hire any operator.
5. Operator responsibility
Operators who join the Captain Cleanout USA network agree to operate as independent businesses, carry appropriate insurance, comply with all applicable laws, and be solely responsible for their work and customer relationships.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captain Cleanout USA shall not be liable for any damages arising from services performed by independent operators, including property damage, personal injury, or any other loss. Our liability to any party is limited to the amount of any fees paid to Captain Cleanout USA, if any.
