Licensing Information — Captain Cleanout USA

Captain Cleanout USA offers city licensing agreements that grant independent business owners the right to operate under the Captain Cleanout USA brand and receive platform-generated leads within a defined territory.

This is not a franchise. Captain Cleanout USA's licensing model does not meet the FTC definition of a franchise. Licensees are not required to pay an ongoing royalty as a condition of the right to use the mark in connection with a business system (as defined under 16 C.F.R. § 436). Our licensing agreements do not involve the level of control, marketing plan, or community of interest that characterizes a franchise relationship.

No FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) has been prepared or is required. Prospective licensees should consult with an attorney before entering any licensing agreement.

Captain Cleanout USA makes no representations regarding earnings, lead volume, or business success. All licensing terms are individually negotiated and set forth in a written agreement.
